Great quality chia seeds
Love this product! I've been hooked on these little chia seeds for a few months. They are a convenient and inexpensive way to boost your fiber, calcium, Omega 3, and protein intake. Delicious and nutritious
I read so many positive things about chia seeds that I had to try them. I've been using it for over a month. My hair looks shiny and healthy, I have more energy and it keeps you regular too. The seeds have no flavor which makes them very versatile. I mix a half cup of chia with nine parts water and keep it in the fridge to mix with other liquids or you can sprinkle the dry seeds on cereal, oatmeal, yogurt or salads. Chia seeds are an amazing superfood.

Great for healthy smoothies
