To do just a Spring cleaning and remove stagnant energies, remove blockage from your life, sage can be used just like an incense by lighting it, putting out the flame, and allowing the smoke from the sage to move through each room, cleansing and purifying the air and contents. It is best to use some container held under the sage stick to catch the ashes as to not let them fall to the carpet or floor. All items were very carefully wrapped & protected, the abalone shell was much larger than expected, which is great ! The feather is a decent size, the salt, tea candle and sage and abalone shell were in perfect shape. I just wanted to mention, and I am sure the seller knows this, I have seen previous comments in other products where buyers complained of the smaller natural holes in the abalone shell and tried to cover them or glue them. Please don't ! the holes act as ventilation and allow even burning of the sage, this is another natural occurrence that helps ! Highly recommend this product based on my own experience :) šey̓ u hoy

Shipping is too much.
I really loved the abalone shell and the feather. The sage wasn't all that great it was basically just a pile of sticks tied together, a small little bundle of sticks. I wish I would have looked locally, while the price was all right on the item itself, the shipping was outrageous. If you don't have to pay a lot for shipping it's fabulous. I would get it, but if you're paying more in shipping then you're paying for the item don't do that, you can find exactly the same thing with better Sage in your local area. The Sims anything that may have been a leaf on the sage was completely obliterated and it's little package I'm guessing it didn't fare well in transit. Still disappointing.
