Tracking More Than Just Your Weight

No after sales - no repair even though there is a warranty of 18 months! AVOID PURCHASING THIS.
The product was purchased in January 2025 and worked fine for about 2 months. Then it slowly started showing lower measurements. Then stopped working altogether. The company is very difficult to connect - they only send you a link via WhatsApp to upload your receipts, product photos and videos and keep stating that the information submitted is not sufficient and upload again - I have submitted these 4 times and yet the company has just not done anything to repair or replace the product - it has a warranty of 18 months by the way. I tried asking them for opting for a video call, if they want to see how the product is malfuctioning, but no avail, the chat is not monitored, they just keep asking you to submit the same things again and again. If you are lucky, the product might work fine, but god forbid anything goes wrong, forget getting any after sales support. Very disappointed with Beatx - will opt for purchasing a different brand and not waste my time submitting the documents a fifth time! A waste of the money spent purchasing this and then the time spent chasing Beatx to repair it

Satisfied with the product. Report after measurement found usefull. Seems worth for the money spent. Initial impression- well satisfied. Long term usage shall decide its durability. For now its nice product.

Average Chinese BMI machine
Pros1) Price is good, had bought it at 899/- in AGIF2) Good colored multi line display at this priceCons1) The display of the scale is not very bright. There is no way to increase the display intensity2) The App Fitdays font is so small, had difficulty in knowing the readings3) The App is complicated to understand.4) Lot of Measurements like BMI and others are derived using formula5) Uses 4 AAA batteries not provided with the unit6) Got broken and torn box with the product.Finally its Chinese rebranded product so not very sure of the health readings and reliability.Returned the product after 1 day of testing.
