I recently purchased the Atlas 1 LT Cold Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and it has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. Super product. I use high quality olive oil instead of butter on veggies, potatoes, pasta, in chili or spegetti sauce. It is a light oil. And this particular brand is known for being very high in polyphenols - making it super beneficial to your health. The taste is light and quite flavorful. I give it 5 stars.

Good value, delicious. It's kind of a spicy oil, but I really liked it. The bottle size is average and durable cause I dropped it on my foot and it didn't break either my foot or the bottle. I find it was a price that was measurable with Costco and other places that I've bought olive oil so I think it was good value for the money. The bottle did not leak and I think that it had a lovely mouth feel.

This Olive Oil is amazing. It arrived well packaged in a beautiful bottle that is durable, with no leakage. Its flavor is pleasant and consistent. We use it to fry potatoes, and other things with no smoking. It's a nice large bottle that should last a good while. I can see easily drizzling it on veggies to roast in the oven, as well as using it on salads, or putting Italian seasonings in it to dip bread in. I'm going to pour some in a separate decanter filled with garlic to infuse.

I use olive oil for all my cooking needs and addition to drenching my salads and some snacks . I was continually purchasing Kirkland olive oil and using it for the same reasons . I learned the purity of the olive oil is its natural ability of having polypheniols in the oul . The test is too see if a 24 hour period if the oil would turn white . This oil passed the test , but my loyal brand of Kirkland oil did not 🥲and because of our food chain being so geared towards profit olive oils are cut with seed oils , which contribute to many forms of disease I would recommend using this oil . It makes foods taste great ., price is high for a liter but worth it .You can see the photos that the oil turned white this is my test for all olive oils 😋

I was excited to try the Atlas Cold Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and I was immediately impressed by the packaging - the bottle was wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, which took me about 5 minutes to unwrap (lol, they really made sure it arrived safely!).I also appreciate that the bottle is dark glass, which helps protect the oil’s freshness and quality. However, when I finally got to the bottle, I noticed that the plastic pourer on top was shredded into small pieces. I was not comfortable consuming it because I worried that small plastic pieces might have gotten into the oil.. I reached out to their customer service, and they were fantastic - sending me a replacement bottle within 5 days.As for the oil itself, it’s smooth, fresh, with a mix of fruity and bitter flavor, with a slightly peppery finish that indicates high polyphenol content. I love using it for salads, dipping bread, and drizzling over meals for that extra depth of flavor.Despite the initial issue, I’m very happy with the quality of the oil, the thoughtful packaging, and the company’s quick response. I’ll definitely be buying again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It comes from a single source, which is much healthier than what you buy in the grocery store! It's loaded with omega 3, which is great for me as I have heart disease! The taste is superb! I love making my own, sugar free salad dressing with it - with an equal amount of oil and balsamic vinegar and a palm full of spices! We coat our meat in it before we cook it to keep the juices in, and use it in sauces and stews, and even on pizza! It's definitely become my favorite! Love it! It's very versatile, as you can use it in almost every dish, and even in the frying pan, it's got a high smoking point, so you could even fry eggs with it! It's very durable to cook with!
