Received opened product
The tips are decent to use but my package arrived pre-opened. The outer cardboard container seems like previous customer/s opened it multiple times and returned. Regardless, I can tell when products have been used already. So no, the product inside is still brand new and fine to use.

Doesn't fit 100%
its a good product the only downside is that it doesn't fit the pencil tip 100% to the point that by constant use the cover will break and you will just have to end up cutting off the broken part which doesn't protect the very bottom of the pencil tip.

Doesn't have the packaging as claimed, doesn't have the hard case, and only comes in one color of white, Though the quality is not bad, adds a grip feel when using the apple pencil.
