I’ve bought these before and tried them out. At first, I was unimpressed with the taste and dryness. But over time, I began to appreciate that they had an impressive spectrum of nutrients while not tasting good enough that they would become a go-to candy item. Taste wise, they’re just good enough to be edible, that’s good enough. I also appreciated the good packaging, they’ll stay fresh for a long time. There are two small bars in every package, each bar is separately wrapped in waterproof plastic. In my case, it’s vehicle-borne supplies, that’s perfect for me. So, I ordered them again. I’ve tried out a number of different energy bars. The ones that really taste good also have a lot of sugar in them. That’s OK if you need that type of energy but use with caution if you’re diabetic. The specific brand and set up worked out very well for me so I’m continuing to use them. I recommend you buy one package and try it out for yourself to see how it works for you. It’s not as good as candy, but it sure beats starving. And don’t forget to pack water, especially if you eat these.

Long shelf life tastes good not just the lemon flavor normal bars have. Hard but that is expected. Break into pieces and just allow to soften in mouth. Individually packaged for easy portability. Price varies but worth it.

Got them for an easy to store supply of emergency food & the price seemed pretty good considering you get 12 of them when some other similar products cost almost as much just for one or two. They're easy on space since they're pretty compact. Tried one to see how they were. The multivitamin flavor tasted a bit bland so they could have done more to give them better taste but it was still decent enough to eat & finish. They're also a bit dry so you'll probably want to drink lots of water while eating them or mix them in milk. The packaging could have been better thought out. The edges are pretty sharp so you gotta be careful not to cut yourself on them. The clear plastic wrapping on the inside protecting the bars is a bit hard to open by hand so you'll want a knife or something to get them open. Also the nutrition facts could have been better setup. It's a bit confusing since it all seems to be in kilograms & doesn't show all what you'd expect on a proper nutrient facts label. The shelf life is for just about 20 years because it says mine expire in January 1st 2044 & got mine in August 2024. Overall they're decent emergency food bars & I think they'll come in handy if there ever is a problem with regular food access in an emergency.

It says 20 year shelf life but this box is only good to 2027. If I were to buy some to put away for emergency, I would prefer it be able to last more than 3 years..

I was browsing for emergency energy food bars and came a cross this one, the price was right and what caught my eye it said its multi vitamin bar so I bought it, it came well packed no damages or tears on packaging, expiration date is 2043 so I decided to try one piece since I felt hungry so I wanted to see if it actually will make you feel full, well to a surprice there is two pieces per package I only ate one and I am actually not hungry anymore and feeling full like I just had a regular meal, The taste was awesome not over sweet like others, I love it its sweet a little and tastes like wheat cookies great taste I will buy more because they just went on sale. I recommend it for emergencies food shortage.

More filling than you would think, easy to pack and lightweight, the "multivitamin" flavor is tolerable, and leaves no bad burps if your on the go after your recharge, *personal note* used a small corner of a biscuit portion as crayfish bait in a creek...worked well.
