My toddler is a picky eater and drinker. To ensure that she is eating something I alternate between this and pediasure. I can take it in my bag since it does not have to be refrigerated and just add ice to make it like a shake. They typically do not sell this drink in the local stores in Florida so I order two cases of this every couple of weeks. It also helps with the night feedings since it is easy to pour.
