GHIRARDELLI Premium White Chocolate Baking Bar, 4 OZ (12 bars)

Got to melt into a ganache and it melted smoothly, tasted wonderfully, and price-wise, only a little bit more than a generic Walmart branded bar. Worth it to get this higher quality product.

My wife made the most amazing Dessert using this chocolate and you will not get any chocolate for this price this is the best quality you can get for this price! know it!

Great bars for baking. Great taste as you can't go wrong with this brand name. Expiration date is way ahead in time too.

I buy the 60% chocolate regularly and love it. I ordered the 60% chocolate but received the 72%. I didn’t return it because I buy the 60%, 72% and the 100% for different uses. I really wanted the 60% this time. I will put the 72% to good use though! Love the bitterness of the dark chocolates.

The chocolate was delicious as always, and not broken.. The bar very well packaged, and even had an ice pack to ensure it didn’t melt..

It made great fudge!
