Twin-Grip QUILL Feed Handle - Bridgeport Series 1

Fits and works perfectly on my Bridgeport mill.

Replaced a missing handle and the machine worked better than ever.

As other reviews have stated, this looks like great, and appears to be well made. However, the ID of the main body is 25mm, or 0.4mm too small for the standard 1" index sleeve on the Bridgeport clone. The drive screws don't allow easy removal of the end cover, so I wasn't able to put it in the lathe. Fortunately, the body will sit in the milling vise with a vee block and I was able to use the boring head to enlarge the opening. Feels nice and works smoothly, but it doesn't make sense to say this fits the Bridgeport when it doesn't.

It fit my bridgeport perfect with no modifications needed.

this quill feed handle is awesome! I only wish I had thought of it - but then again I couldn't produce one for anywhere near this price. if, like me, you've had to mess around with the OEM quill feed handle on your Bridgeport when you need to drop the quill more than a couple of inches you'll know why something like this is useful. I'm writing this review to alleviate any hesitation on how well it works for the intended purpose. again, all I can say is it's awesome. from the product description here on amazon it wasn't immediately clear to me how it functioned so here is a brief rundown: moving the red knob to the right (along the x axis of the mill) retracts the two spring-loaded pins from the quill pinion hub so that the handle can be raised or lowered (in line with the z axis without moving the quill) to a new position. then moving the red handle back to the left reengages the pins into the hub to continue feeding (or retracting) the quill - hope that helps

Works great. A little stiff at first but after a little use it does great. It fit my supermax mill with no modifications.

Easy to install. Works as advertised.
