Why did I wait so long?
I've had a table for years but never saw the need to get a training ball. This is not only a great cue ball, it is an amazing learning tool. Used it for a week or so and had my longest run ever. Definitely a rebuy.

Nice cue for practice
After using it, I don’t like playing pool anymore with the house cue. It’s great to help beginners like myself aim and also to visually see if I’ve put any English on my shot (intentionally or not). Finally, the weight and performance mimics league play vs using the house cue. Totally recommend!

Works fine and great value
Works fine and is a great value. I substitute this for the house cue ball because I hit hard practicing power draw and jump shots and sometimes have to chase the bouncing ball across the room and get it after it's hit everything in its path. I don't want to abuse the house ball that way, so I use this.

Quality Cue Ball not Bursting to pieces
Purchased this cue ball less than three months ago. I like the dots because it lets me view the spin of the ball. However, it burst to pieces on the break less than three months of use. ** UPDATE - Vendor replaced cue ball. Much appreciated!

Does what I need it to
Got this for my partner's birthday to help him with his english game. We run drills with it, and it does the trick. BUT: if you're shooting on coin-operated tables, you will not get this ball back in the chute when you scratch. You'll have to ask the bartender to unlock the machine. They get less enthusiastic about that each time it happens, so either bribe their friendship with handsome tips, or learn to control your leave so you don't scratch. (Ideally, do both.)
