A fellow hockey friend recommended this device to me so I bought one too. I've used it a handful of times over a period from October 21 2019 to August 1 2020. Less than a year. It died for no reason a few days ago, won't charge, won't power on, computer won't recognize it. After trying to troubleshoot it, I just gave up and filed an insurance claim. Definitely buy the Asurion Insurance for this device. Now I am unsure if I would even buy one of these again even though the insurance is reimbursing me all the money I paid for the device. Also the settings are primitive and you need a computer to even access them. I really wanted to like this device.

Great product for the couple of weeks that it worked, however the item quickly fizzled out and stopped transferring video from the camera to my desktop. The settings menu somehow cleared and cannot be restored. To make things worse I have emailed customer support for months and gotten not a single response. This could have been a great product unfortunately it is not worth the pain. Buy something else

This is the premiere action sports camera! As a professional athlete the ability to capture POV film of a game is priceless. The sleek design makes the camera inconspicuous and form fitting, unlike other cameras that sit on your head and are bulky. Its a great way to educate yourself as an athlete on improving overall skills, also a great camera to create some really cool content!I highly recommend this POV action sports camera and use mine daily!

Great idea but customer service DOES NOT follow through on faulty cameras! Our camera was less than 8 months old and the battery failed in it. Customer service has been reached out to on MULTIPLE platforms, not even an acknowledgement!

I'm very disappointed in this product. Being a disabled veteran on an extremely limited budget, I really thought this would help get a better edge for footage while playing hockey. I paid almost $200 for this product, and it's been pretty much worthless to me.Besides lacking accurate instructions, and a difficult website to navigate, the picture quality is definitely not 1080p as advertised. The only way you get 1080p is if you upscale it in an editor. Combine that with the fact that you can't make any settings changes easily on the device without having to have it plugged in to a computer, which isn't always available.On top of that, the mounting options are a joke. This thing is damn near impossible to mount and get a good angle to pick up stick handling AND what's in front of you.You really need to have your engineering team sit down and come up with some better sort of a mount for this camera.GoPro, and it's 3rd party cheap knockoffs (which are FAR cheaper than your product) get better angles AND produce better video quality.Pretty much the only thing I've seen that this camera has going for it, is that it's low profile and hard to notice. But, that's about it.I don't know how anal anyone else is with their video editing or footage, but I actually try to produce decent content - I just don't think I'm gonna get it from this device.

This camera is a great idea, and well executed. When it works, it takes clear video with good sound. However, the camera malfunctioned less than 2 months after I bought it. The tech support has to be done directly through the manufacturer. The manufacturer responded, we went through several tests to see if they could troubleshoot the issue. They determined the camera is indeed malfunctioning, and offered a replacement. THIS WAS MONTHS AGO, and there is still no refund or replacement. I contact them constantly, they do not respond. BUYER BEWARE of the company UHWK. They do not stand behind their items, and will not communicate.UPDATE 9/13: Today they responded as follows: "Marti, the problem is you bought it from someone who is not authorized to sell the product and we do not guarantee warranty on those purchases in our attempt prevent knockoffs." Nothing on their website states anything about "authorized sellers." Additionally, they offered a replacement in May but hadn't come through with it, my repeated attempts to get them to handle it ended up with this.
