Ok so if you click through the reviews I'm pretty sure that most are fake. Sucky. This one isn't but take those others with a grain of salt. It's such a turn off when you realize a bunch of reviews are fake/paid and so I will totally knock off a star for crappy marketing.This product does take the edge off of anxiety and helps me mellow out a bit at work. I've taken it for three days now around 7am and noticed that around 10-11am I sometimes feel a little "high". Nothing jaw dropping but be careful depending one when and where you take this product. I would certainly not recommend it if you are using heavy machinery or driving. I sit in an office chair at that time so it's not a big deal. It seems to wear off around the evening and is subtle.I get really stressed out at work and need a little help. It is on the spendy side and I haven't taken it for long enough to know if I would purchase again but so far so good.

Kava by itself works well to help mild anxiety and it is less expensive than Relaxyn. It can also be purchased at local drug stores in the US, which is great because I have severe anxiety and kava will actually help to calm me down from panic attacks. Although Relaxyn has some kava in it, I believe it is rather negligible. I took this twice and my head felt like it was going to explode both times (that's the best way I can describe it). It did not help my anxiety at all, in fact made it worse, and I was very hesitant about the formulation with the large number of substances. Skip this one. And yes, most of the reviews are fake.

Honestly to find a product like this that not alone works, but works and doesn't cause your stomach to fall out. I have a problem with not letting bs exit my thought presses and then I start obsessing and increasing my likely hood of do something less thing morally acceptable. I been on these for a solid 1 1/2 and now I couldn't be happier. Espessialy since this stuff is $30 it better work, but like I said good stuff.
