will start by suggesting you purchase this if you like what is advertised. It is exactly what it claims to be, it’s durable and I’m on month two with it. It still smells pleasant and has not burned up (I have a tendency to burn these things in the microwave!) If anyone is looking for tried and true directions, I've had much success microwaving on one side for one minute, Waiting 30 seconds, flipping it & microwaving on the Opposite side for one minute. It retains heat for an adequate amount of time. Im giving this 5 stars only bc it is exactly as described. I knew what I was purchasing, I just wish it was a little bigger and that it had stitches creating 3 sections, so all the beads and what not aren’t able to completely fall to one side. I only ordered this bc neither Walmart nor marshals were selling them at that time. (They don't have them consistently 😐but they sell them in the $12 price range and I think that’s very reasonable) I’m including photos of it next to the Walmart one, that has stitching throughput ,is larger, and has a better design. The second photo shows the excess space, although it has a very good amount of filling, the design leaves that emptiness. (The discoloration is from my salicylic acid when I use it on, acne not from the product!!)

Left it for 30 seconds then another 30 seconds.. well I was expecting am aromatherapy and all I got was a hind of smell nothing lasting. Made in China next time order USA. The product missing some stuffing it's not flex seeds. I doubt it's is natural. It doesn't stay hot for long my microwave is down stairs not going to bother reheating the pad. Don't like the heavy material.

Heated very well. I would have liked a bit long size. Holds heat well and is comfortable on neck and back

I can’t even begin to describe how much I love this. I get frequent headaches and sinus pain and this thing is an amazing. It’s a must have for every household especially would be good for female cramps. Smells great too.

I like flaxseed and I do like these, but they are kind of shapeless and don't stay put very well. The valour is a nice touch though. Has anyone thought of making flaxseed socks or slippers- ie foot holders for people with cold feet?

The design could be better

I bought this for my mother after she had physical therapy using one similar. She loves it and it gives her comfort.
