Not bad and has a lightly smoking smell and flavor. Works well for stir fry and sauteing vegetables. Also great for prepping meats.

I liked this oil, because I was making an Orange Olive Oil cake for Easter, it turned out great. The orange flavor didn't overpower the baked product, but you could still taste that it was in there.

Even though the price was sky high, my husband and my guests thought the cake was out of this world, making the cost of this Blood Orange infused Olive Oil worth every penny!!!
