This is a well-built and effective tool for manipulating soft tissue in the body. I find it to be most effective on my achilles tendon/calf area and my quads. Regular use has definitely helped increase my ankle mobility for better squat technique.

This works well for getting the kinks out of muscles and honestly, if you can take the pain it’s good for IT bands.

They had this in my local CrossFit gym and I had to have one myself. A little up there in the price, however, this will last me a decade at least.

This helped me work out a strained quad back to normal in no time as it made it easier to target certain areas that were damaged.

Works great, even over clothes. I use it a couple times a day and now rarely have sore muscles from endurance activities.
