3.25 Inch Paring Knife with Serrated Edge, Spear Point, Black

I already had one of these amazing little knives, but wanted another because I use it so often. I was very happy to have found it and it arrived very quickly. This small, serrated knife is perfect for coring strawberries, slicing small fruits and vegetables, cheese, etc. It has a permanent place in my knife-holder on the counter so it is always within easy reach. It is very sharp and easy to hold. I can't say enough good things about Victorinox knives. They are the best!

This knife is one of the best for the price. If you want to cut tomatoes or any other fleshy fruit or veggies, do yourself a favor and buy a simple serrated knife. This one is affordable and does the job perfectly. Also, it's very sharp! so be careful that you don't cut yourself. A serrated knife is a huge advantage to a straight edge. We've used this for 4 years, without any sharpening, and it still cuts through tomatoes easily. For context, I also have a Wustoff classic paring knife 3.5", Wustoff classic 5.5" utility knife, Henckels Twin Four-Star 3" paring knife, Wustoff classic 7" Santoku, Henckel Classic 8" chef knife, Pure Komache 2 8" santoku, and Victorinox 8" chef knife with fibrox handle. I understand that forged knifes have their appeal - but foor the price and performance, Victorinox makes great knifes. Seriously. They easily compare to their forged German counterparts for cutting performance. You only need two knifes: 1 paring knife (serrated is great), and 1 chef's knife or santoku. Your third knife could be a large bread knife (serrated).

I have now purchased 12 of these serrated paring knives! I have given them to all my siblings after they have visited and used them in the kitchen. I specifically love the sharpness of the knife and that it cuts anything better than my big knives. I also like the small size, as it is never unwieldy to use. Super sharp, super lightweight. I use it mostly for cutting meat for our pets or for slicing fruit, but it has been used for absolutely everything...even as a garden knife to cut my veggies out of the garden. It's absolutely my Go To knife. I always keep four in my knife block because I use them multiple times a day. I'm just now ordering 3 more because our daughters just "borrowed" 2 of them before heading off to college. LOL

These little serrated knives are the best! I have (7) of them. They are my go-to’s for almost all veggie slicing. They stay sharp for years and make great little hostess gifts. They are a great value and are so handy!

These little knives are the best ever and very sharp which I love they are just the size I was looking for I would recommend these to anyone I have ordered some in the past and loved them so thanks for having them for me they last and last never get dull

I have several different models of the Victorinox knives and I love them all. They are extremely sharp so be careful. I have a very bad habit of holding items and cutting toward my thumb and I have cut myself several times these are like razor blades so use caution!! This paring knife is great - comfortable handle, great grip, and just the right size for small cutting/paring jobs. They keep a good edge and I have even used mine to saw through plastic tubing (not recommended but it worked for me!!). I used to purchase my paring knives in the grocery story - those 99 cent ones, and was replacing them constantly - then I came across the Victorinix brand and have been hooked ever since. Overall: great long lasting knife, keeps its edge, and a good price.

OMG! I just got and used this knife to cur through thick pork chops with bones in and my first using my best 10 inch chief's knife I started to get tried as I had like 26 to cut......I am a personal Chief I cook for 10 families. I remembered I just got my two new paring knifes from Amazon so i grabbed this one......it was a pure joy it cut through all that meat like it was butter. I was able to finish the job within 5 mins. flat! I got perfect cubes of pork even edges and smooth brilliant tiny little blade. I was so stoked I rushed on my computer to order more. I have not used the other paring knife yet but they are both from the same company and I order more of those too, if it anything like this one I will be so happy. I LOVE THIS KNIFE I FEEL LIKE I WANT TO BUY SOME MORE,,,,LOL

This is a great knife and for just under five bucks, free prime shipping and no tax (at the time I bought them in 2011) I bought a few of these. One disappeared, and I still have two. The knife is very light weight but still works great for carrots, turnips and other hard veggies, I have the knife with a serrated edge and without and prefer the serrated edge version. Great for tomatoes, strawberries, celery, onions and dicing cooked chicken for salad. This knife is not great for cutting up raw meat. We always take this knife on picnics because if it gets lost it can be replaced- very versatile!
