Impala Lightspeed Inline Skate

These rollerblade are great. Comfortable for long periods of time. Fits well. Wheels and bearings are good but they’re not high end either. You can go pretty fast for what they are but if you want real speed and extra smooth ride, you’ll want to upgrade the wheels and bearings. The black variant is what we got and they look clean with a good design. Easy to put on and take off. For the price, this is a great buy without having to speed way more for the real high end rollerblades. Definitely recommend.

After doing a lot of research (and trying to find a respected brand in my size), I went with these so I could skate with my kids. I have fond memories of skating and did it a lot when I was younger. Being “older”, however, I appreciate the lace and strap design; this provides foot security and ankle stability. These were also in my size, which is a bit rare, unless I were to go to a supplier. They roll well with the stock wheels and bearings, nice and smooth. Great pick.

It has been 17 years or so since I did inline skating. I decided to try to get back into it as a fun way to get some much needed exercise. In searching for good inline skates for beginners (as I consider myself a beginner again after not skating for so long), I came across these and was immediately drawn to their look. I also read that these are excellent beginner's skates. Now, I am a bigger woman (approx. 240lbs) and I have wide calves and ankles. Therefore, I was worried that I would not be able to latch the top ratchet strap on these. Upon receiving the skates, I was pleasantly surprised at how well they fit and I had no problem with the straps! Because the wheels are a smaller 70mm and are soft/gummy, these skates offer a lot more stability which is essential for beginners by helping them to stay upright and gain more confidence. The boots also provide very good support and the padded liners are quite comfortable. Finally, these skates just look great! I tried them out at the local skating rink and they rode smoothly. The boots are true to size and fit well. I did not get any blisters when skating (which I am prone to getting with new shoes, etc.). The only soreness I experienced in my feet and ankles was purely due to my lack of fitness (which I hope to change by skating more often)! Needless to say, these skates have definitely re-awakened my joy of inline skating!

These are going to be great beginner blades. And they are simply adorable. I wear a 7 to 7.5 in shoes and the 7s fit me perfectly snug without needing the next size up. Knocking off a star because they were clearly used upon opening the box. The insides of the skates have some scuffing, from where someone clearly tried them on in their house and maybe clinked their feet together a few times before returning. The wheels themselves don't show any outside wear. Still, I'm too stoked to finally have my own skates again after two years of renting from my local rink that I don't have time to send them back for NEW new ones. Quality control dropped the ball though on at least trying to buff the scuffs out or just sending me a less tried on looking pair.

Comfortable to skate in, stable, and fit well! I am a size 5 and got a size 5, so I guess true to size for me. I feel like maybe you could get similar skates for less money on amazon but these are probably the most visually appealing! Got lots of compliments on them:) I am a beginner skater so can’t speak to any technical stuff, but they seem to be well made.

We purchased the Impala Lightspeed inline skates for our granddaughter, and she absolutely loves them! I can barely get her to take them off — she’s constantly wheeling in and out of rooms and having the best time. They fit well, feel sturdy, and roll smoothly, giving her confidence as she skates around the house. Good thing we don’t have much carpet, because she’s always on the move! A fun, high-energy purchase that has brought her so much joy.

Trash! These are women sizes. Don’t buy! Find another brand that doesn’t lie about their sizing!
