Does what I purchased it for
I purchased this Nato rail clamp to hold my monitor cage center on the top handle. The way the cage is designed the cage is off center when connected directly to the monitor mount, witch annoys me. The cage has a Nato rail, so the clamp holds it centered. Now I'm happy. It has one job and it does it well. The construction is solid and stable. There are no Arri locating holes but with the rubber pad and 1 Arri pin on the mount I don't think it with twist at all.

Perfect for powering my gimbal
I use the SmallRig Mini V-Mount Battery Plate with the SmallRig Nato clamp and V-Mount battery to power my gimbal, and it works flawlessly. The build feels solid, the connection is secure, and it makes running my setup all day so much easier. Everything SmallRig makes is high-quality, and this plate is no exception.

Doesn't include studs
Missing the studs to attach directly to your gopro or other camera, but is handy for attaching picatinny attachments to your arca rail. Does have 1/4" and 3/8" standard camera attachment holes.

Nice Clamp
Nicely made and beautifully functional like most SmallRig stuff. Clamp is metal with a plastic tightener handle. If you choose free shipping it goes by US post office. Mine was delivered 5 days after promised date.

Changed the design, doesn't look like picture on amazon or match description. No M2.5 threaded hole
Warning, they they changed the design and photos and descriptions on amazon are wrong. Smallrig only makes a 1973b now not longer make the 1973 which is what is pictured and described on Amazon. If you are looking to buy the version with teh 1/4, 3/8 AND M2.5 threads don't bother ordering. The NEW version doesn't have the M2.5 hole. On Amazon listing is for the 1973 model, which has all 3 threaded hole, but what you receive only has 1/4 and 3/8 threaded holes with no M2.5. If manufacturer is going to change the product significantly the listing should be at least updated to reflect the fact they have removed features and not keep showing the old folders. Have attached photo's of what I received and what photo of what is being advertised here. If you look at other reviews here, people have photos of the new version, but for some reason don't call out that it doesn't have the M2.5 hole or that its not as pictured or described.
