Used for nearly a year and no discoloration of the stainless steel. Lid fits properly and the non-stick lining is, so far, brilliant. My only criticism of the whole copper bottom range of cookware is that the handles are a little on the thin side for a really good grip. Having said that the handles stay cool to the touch which is great
