Fully adjustable in every way that it claims and the degree indicators are nice. Easy install if you have 2 people
Extra long to fit keyboard and mouse with comfort. Fully adjustable in every way that it claims and the degree indicators are nice. Easy install if you have 2 people. 1 person would be more difficult. multiple mounting options for desks that have different kind of bottoms if not flat. I love the wrist rests that come with it. you can mount the wrist rests or leave them off and you can put them anywhere you like or where ever is comfortable. very solid product, my desk will break before this thing does. Favorite part of this product is the tilt option so it can lean toward you or away for maximum comfort. The only negative thing that I can think of is the little sticky wire holders they give you don't stick very well but it is fine with me because it is still working great as a cable management tool.=) Ultimately very happy and worth the value I paid without a question.

Very well built, solid, works great
The tray is very solid with little wobble and the adjustments work well. Installation was easy but I was lucky as my desk happens to have a wooden support slat under the top running front to back that I could fasten the keyboard support to. The whole thing is solidly built and works smoothly. The tray is large and surprisingly strong given how thin it is. My only gripe is that tray doesn't drop down low enough to allow my keyboard to fit under the desk, but my Kinesis Advantage2 is an unusually thick keyboard so I can't complain. I don't use the wrist supports. There is plenty of room for my Apple Trackpad next to the keyboard and a simple beanbag wrist rest works fine with that.

Good product, can be improved however..
First of all, I have to say I don't review many products. I'm an incredibly lazy consumer from this perspective, but I felt like the community deserved my perspective on this product, so I'm going to give it.Giving a rating to a product like a keyboard tray isn't easy. I wanted to be logical about this, so I decided to rate it 4 different metrics. I'll give my score for each metric then elaborate on my reasoning for the score.1. Build quality: 42. Ease of installation: 53. Features: 4.54. Price 3So lets start with build quality. The product is constructed with very good materials. The board, the tray, the mechanisms; they all feel pretty robust like it will last for years. As a matter of fact, I was very surprised and happy at how strong and large the actual board was. While I'm not able to measure lbs per sq inch, I feel like the tray does a good job of supporting my weight when I'm typing, even with the keyboard fully extended. I'm pretty happy with the product in this regard, but there is some room for improvement here.As someone else has pointed on, this particular product doesn't have ball bearings in the actual slot for sliding mechanism. As a result, if you attempt to pull or push the tray and your angle of attack exerts too much pressure, you will not have an easy time. In addition, the mechanism to lock the tray a the desired angle and height is sometimes difficult to work with. You need to thread the knob through an eye and into a small hole on the bar/gear mechanism. Unfortunately it's not easy to orient the bar to do this. The supplied gel pads in my opinion are very good and I have no complaints. I only needed to use the one for the mouse and so far, it's very comfortable and feels like it will last.Installation. I'm pretty handy with tools and frankly, I didn't even look for instructions. They provided enough screws and everything intuitively fit together. No complaints on this front. In terms of features, I thought this keyboard had exactly what I was looking for. First of all, my desk bars underneath it to support the wood. This was one of the only trays that provided brackets to circumvent those darn bars. Also, the ability to swivel, adjust the height and tilt are tremendous features. There is still room for improvement here I believe. When you are forced to use the brackets because of the bars, you loose some height and the brackets are fairly tall, sometimes double the height of the bars under the desk. Perhaps the brackets can be made adjustable so that it can accommodate multiple scenarios? In addition, the sliding mechanism for this desk -- not having ball bearings at this price point I feel is almost unforgivable, especially when products at lower price points have ball bearings, but not gonna ding it twice for ball bearings :).Finally price. This product in my opinion is a bit expensive. As a matter of fact, it stood out to me because of it's price as nearest competitor in terms of features being $90 bucks. The only feature that product was missing was the brackets but it had tilt, swivel, and height adjustment. Overall, I felt like this product should have been at most $90 to $100 bucks, but I paid the extra $30 or whatever because of the brackets. So overall, i'd give this product a 4 star rating. It's not perfect, it has tons of flaws but I'm pretty happy with my purchase. If you can overlook some of the things that I've pointed out, then I think you'll be happy with it as well.

It's pretty solid. There is MUCH worse out there. Padding is TOXIC.
It's pretty sturdy. I have a high quality one from Raxxess / Chief for comparison, which is about as good as it gets. This is fairly close to as sturdy as that. I'd much rather have the Raxxess but I don't think they make them anymore. Thought I would give this one a try.The swivel is smooth. You MUST have a swivel to really appreciate the convenience and comfort of these things. The sliding operation is not quite as smooth as I would like, but it's good enough. I can work with it.I dislike their system for adjusting the height. It sucks. It's one of those with a catch/release where you have to raise it all the way up for it to release, so if you bump it with your knee or something, you gotta deal with that. Might be frustrating. If it had a way to tighten it down into place, that would be much better..TOSS THE PADDING!It's toxic chemicals. The smell is strong. Just because it stops putting out smell a few weeks later doesn't mean you want it being absorbed through your hands all day. THINK about that. That part is going in the trash.Overall though, I think it will work for me.

Great Product and Support
The design of this product is very well done and makes it very easy to use. The tray is a large, which is good for my purpose but may not be good for everyone. It's very sturdy. When I ordered this tray the vendor sent me an email with installation instructions and offered to help in any way they can. While installing it I noticed that the screws that attach the tray to the pull-out unit were too short. I was able to find some screws that would work but didn't fix the counter-sunk hole. So, I emailed them about this in order that they could fix the problem and prevent it from happening to someone else. I was pleasantly surprised to find an envelope in my mail from the vendor. It contained the correct screws. I swapped out the other ones and now the tray is perfect. Very good customer support.

Sturdy but Palm Rest is Poorly Made
Overall this keyboard tray is well made and has held up well overall except for the palm rest for the mouse. Under normal use the very thin vinyl covering cracked very shortly after purchase so I was forced to use electrical tape to repair it. Later, areas that were not taped subsequently cracked so eventually I covered just about the entire part. For the higher cost of this unit, I was very disappointed.
