A little goes a little way
These silver leaf flakes were a nice touch to my holiday desserts. Expect the particles to be very tiny. Unfortunately, the container is a shaker-style and you can't take the shaker off. So, when you're shaking the leaf, many of the tiny particles fly into the air and never make it onto the food. I used the whole container to give a very light sprinkling on an 9x12" surface. I'll use larger flakes next time.
