The sides of these greenhouses are around 18" at the base, tapering to 7" at the top, so you can budget for around 144 square inches as the average surface area for small plants. It's hard to tell from the photo, but the shape is pyramidal up to the rounded top. These have little flaps at each of the four bottom corners, which don't fully cover the ground if placed on a flat surface. I stuck some plastic wrap underneath and pull up the ends to seal in the bottom for indoor use. The humidity level can remain relatively unchanged for hours this way, even when using the heater nearby.

They work.

They SEEM to be really good. The plastic is sturdy enough that puncturing it with a stake doesn't seem to weaken it. It just pushes thru like other stretchy plastic. The only downside is that u need to puncture in order to put in stakes, and must do it thru the big windows, cause the only extra plastic sticks IN, so u can only get to it by lifting it up and reaching under-that's the only reason I took a star away.

Can't beat these for a little protection -- I use these over two house plants I put on my back porch -- keeps thecold at bay

I had to return them because I misread the size. And they were to large for what I was looking for.

This product works good, but it only came with 2 green houses instead of 3 as advertised.

Good for the price, but they blow away if it's cold and windy.

Works well, used to cover smaller plants from the cold.
