Packaging tampered with
Item arrived with outer box opened and masking -taped back together inside plastic sleeve containing claw also ripped open. Fortunately.all pieces still there and usable. However, as this was a gift for a police officer, was disappointed in packaging

Works great, but...
Works great with the holster, but it does wiggle a bit, the bumper popped out once on me, and I have to tighten the screw every once in a while to keep the tension tight on my pistol

Mowing Holster Claw Kit
I was satisfied with easy of installation of Claw Kit onto my holster. After using a proper screwdriver I am also satisfied with the fit of the Claw Kit. The Claw moved the grip of the handgun inward toward my body. Which enhances the legal concealment of the weapon under a shirt.

Design Flaw: Spacer Falls Out Every Time
The spacer that’s supposed to snap into the wedge does not stay in place. Every time I put the holster on, the spacer falls out. I’ve tried reinstalling it multiple times and it just won’t hold. Because of this, the wedge is basically useless and defeats the whole purpose of the design. Very frustrating and not something I’d trust for daily use. I expected much better quality for the price.
