Why did it change from 200 mg per pill to 100 mg per pill? Very disappointed

I don't understand why this products changed - it is confusing and i am disappointed. why the change? very upsetting!

It’s much larger, and more difficult to swallow. I cut them in half to swallow. Seems as effective to me
