Principia Mathematica by Newton: Brown Lined Journal (Science & Exploration (Discovery)) Leather Bound – June 6, 2017

I bought this for my daughter who is a senior in high school; recently accepted into a University. When I handed it to her, I told her that I wanted her to read the same and then immediately write a report for review. She protested, exclaiming that she doesn’t have enough time because of her current schoolwork load. I retorted that she could work on it when she wasn’t busy. Once she opened it up and realized that it was only a blank notebook, we enjoyed a hearty laugh together. She inquired if I knew it was blank and I answered, “I didn’t believe you would open it and look inside!” Additional joshing ensued.

It's EMPTY inside. It's NOT the Principia. Just lined pages. In other words,,, IT"S A NOTEBOOK. BEWARE!!It's, but NOT what it says it is. ( like I needed another notebook ).Uh huh !!! It says brown lined in listing BUT DOES NOT SAY IT"S JUST A NOTEBOOK

Reviewers are expecting too much from this notebook. Clearly it’s a notebook. Cover feels delightful in the hand. Paper is good quality. I have bought several and love them.

So, like others I too thought this was a copy of the Principia, which it isn't. You know what, though? I think it is kind of cool, and I'll use it so I'll give it 2 stars. It does not seem "cheaply made" to me either. I think they really need to do something to convey the fact that this is a blank notebook though.

I bought this without reading carefully, mistaking it for a printed copy of the Principia by Newton. Turns out it is actually a notebook of blank lined pages. But as a notebook it’s not bad and the pleather cover is more durable than most cheap notebooks. In Newton’s honor I use it for solving the occasional math problem I run across.

Excellent for daily notes

This needs to clearly state that it's a notebook before any other information. Like the others I thought this was a copy of principia as it came up while searching books for principia.

The book turned out to be a nice journal, I thought it was the book by Newton, so part of me felt misled.
