Is it ok to use this hose with a turbo car? or it will bent with boost?

This is something that you need to custom fit into any car you use it with, it will not fit flush in any model specifically

I would like to use this on the intake side of a turbo. What is the temp rating on the stuff?

I installed this in Toyota Lancruiser 4X4 and used under normal driving . This is 6 cylinder engine but a big 6 cylinder so te engine department is HOT very Hot. This truck even have an factory installed blower to cool the engine besides the normal cooling system

does the inside of this hose have a smooth bore, or can you "feel" the ridges?

You can feel the ridges. Looks the same on inside as the outside. This part is awesome though. Keeps the shape and looks good.

I want to install this on my 2005 Ford F-150 5.4, what else do I need to buy including this and what comes with this?

It's a simple 3 inch ID air duct hose nothing comes with it however the picture shown only has one end on it it actually comes with two ends I have an opening in my front air dam where the fog lights would normally go and I just have a channeled up into the compartment that I have my cold air intake installed to keep fresh air pushing in there
