Menopause, Estrogen, Estradiol - A Medical Guide

I usually do not write reviews unless I am thoroughly impressed or appalled. In this case it was the latter. This 43-page booklet was atrocious. It was unprofessional and filled with "flip" language (such as saying "now that's attractive" when referring to tooth and gum issues due to low estrogen). It felt as if I was reading the author's hand-scribbled notes that he decided to have typed up without any context added or typos corrected - brief, disjointed and cryptic statements everywhere. Seriously one of the worst "books" I have ever purchased. I was also appalled by the author referencing his "#1 best selling blah blah blah" as if that should be all the credibility he needs to convince you he is an authority. This booklet would help no one that wants to understand hormones or appropriate methods to manage them. What was seriously aggravating was that 3 of its measly 43 pages were dedicated to discussing history of lavender then ending that section with indicating lavender is similar to clary sage, but then the clary sage section he indicates there is nothing solid on its medicinal use, but oh refer to my book on Essential Oils. This is not an exaggeration. What the F????

Unbelievably short "book", in fact, it shouldn't even be called a book- it's really just a pamphlet . Don't waste your money- I'll sum up the article for you- take estrogen and progesterone pre/post-menopause.

This was interesting & informative! There’s a lot of good information provided as well as a References section in the back, which is helpful for looking up the pertinent reference for additional information. I learned a lot & will keep this book as a reference. I should mention this book only has 49 pages total (5 of it the referenced section). Worth $ 9.95 + Tax!

Clear and precise explanation of why to treat with bhrt and how to treat. Guidelines I haven't seen anywhere else. Very informative for a little book. When I first saw it I couldn't believe the information was worth much, what a surprise!
