Good tasting pasta. Elbows are versatile a nice thickness, (not too thick) good for mac-n-cheese, goulash or cold macaroni salad. Cooks to al dente in 6 minutes.

Good flavor, BUUUUT...
This pasta has excellent flavor and is truly imported from Italy. However, and this is extremely important for those of you who love, sauces, and who doesn't? The pasta is terrible at absorbing any pasta sauce. It just falls off. Even when I tried making my homemade macaroni salad, the mayo would not stick to the pasta. So yes, it's good, but it's not… porous? I'm not sure the best way to describe it. That's the only reason I'm not purchasing it again.
