I have had these for a few years and seem to help keep the heat from my headers from melting plugs waited which has been a consistent problem.. but must note if these actually touch the header it will have a white spot on the fabric and on one plug wire that was at the spot that touched header it still melted the plug wire.. so pretty much did help but if these actually touch fabric touches the header and the wire it will still melted… it was easy to find since a spark was going through the fabric to the plug wire where it was melted

I put angle plug headers on my small block with straight plugs. The wires were close, so I put these on standard 8mm wires. no issues at all, fit well.

Inexpensive, but still work/look good

Got them for my SBC because my sparkplug wires are very close to the headers and were melting the wire. Seems to have helped

Got these for my Chevelle, has a 383 with long tube headers. These work perfectly. I drive it a 100 miles every week. No problems no melting, work and look great.

Horrible horrible horrible. I got summit racing shorty headers for my silverado and added these 6" "wraps" that claim to be 2600° until they burn. Well I put them on and the very next morning while warming up my truck I got in and could smell something burning. Pop the hood and found st last 3 of these to be burning!!!!!! I'll find elsewhere!!!!
