Stone Deals Sticky Mosaic Mesh 12" x 12" (Five Sheets) 4.5 oz

I purchased this to make use of leftover mosaic glass tiles. I designed my own backsplash decorative strip to use with subway tiles. The mosaic pieces were anywhere from 1/2-1 1/8 “ wise and 1.5 to 6” long. This product did not keep the tiles on the fabric. I reinforced it with painters tape across the top and it held on enough to get mortar on the tiles. Also there was supposed to be 5 sheets and I only received 4.

I made my own mosaics for my kitchen backsplash and this 1) isn't strong enough and 2) not sturdy enough to be glued to. Yes, my tiles were 1" x 2" and weighed a tad but this was supposed to be self adhesive and that function did not work at all. I sent it back.

Made it so much easier to do the mosaic. Wish it would be in larger packages. Also rolls of it would be great. The product was very helpful.

Nice product. But hard to use for mosaics because the mesh moves easily and it's hard to keep consistent straight lines.

I thought these were supposed to be sticky so glue wasnt necessary. Not even a tiny speck of tile would stick. Very disappointed.

I tried this for holding mosaic pieces in place before grouting , still end up having to cement them first .
