My girlfriend was tired of using bigger knives 🔪 for snacks and quick items in the kitchen. so she asked me to buy her some smaller knives that would work easily for her in the mornings and for snack time. So I bought these ones and they are working out perfectly! She has been using them almost every day now and She absolutely loves Them. I’m glad I purchased these ones in particular because my daughter who is 6 and has previous knife skills can use these ones as well. and I can’t complain, because both my girls are happy. So I’m probably gonna buy another pack. Great product. sharp little knives.

Very sharp holds its edge very well. This is my second set

Very sharp blade, great size for cutting smaller items, for peeling or cutting most fruits and veggies. I wanted a knife just for that. I’ve only use them for a couple of weeks but so far the knives have stayed sharp and I’ve had no issues. For the price it’s definitely a good buy!

Extremely sharp out the gate, cut myself almost immediately. I have pelted only one deer and I can tell it's starting to get dull. So durability will be an issue.

Hands down the best paring knives out there. Holds an edge for a long time and has just the right amount of blade flex for pealing. Highly recommend these and other knives by Mercer. I grew up around cooking and work on a fruit farm, I know a thing or two about knives and have pealed more than my share of fruits and veggies with a lot of different knives. These are hands down the best.
