Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Pre, Post & Probiotics 100 Billion CFU, 30ct

Been taking a little over two weeks and have just started to notice a difference in my mood and anxiety levels. Who knew that probiotics would help with that type of stuff. Really looking forward to seeing how much more effective they’ll be in the next two months. So far, so good. Update: almost 8 weeks out and I continue to see results. Has helped with bloating and other inflammation in my body. Has generally helped with anxiety.

I’ve been taking this probiotic consistently and can genuinely tell a difference. My digestion feels calmer and more balanced, and I don’t get that uncomfortable bloated feeling like I used to. It’s easy to take once a day and doesn’t upset my stomach at all. I like that it combines pre-, pro-, and postbiotics in one capsule. Overall, it just keeps my belly happy — and that’s reason enough for me to keep it on subscription.

Having indulged in way too much sugar, and suffering the sluggish colon that accompanies, I decided to up my probiotic game. I am so glad to find these (I previously used the 50 B from the same brand). Within 48 hrs of taking, it was evident that these probiotics are definitely a step up. There appears no difference in the capsule size compared to the 50s, and this size works well for me, as I find swallowing big pills challenging. I have also opened the capsule and included in a smoothie or glass of kefir, with no discernible disruption to taste. These are a great value for the price-only a few dollars more than the 50s. Though slightly more expensive than some others, Garden of Life probiotics work well for me! I highly recommend these in times when extra care is the goal.

This product is exactly what it says it is, as advertised. I like it. The value per dose is reasonable when the consumer considers all the extra "biotic power" offered in each capsule. Bravo. 5 Stars.

My Sister recommended this product, S I had complained of digestive issues. The poduct certainly does help with regularity and also with stomach pain and cramping.

Quick delivery. Good price point compared to local store, but in my opinion on the high side in general. Packaged well. Expire date reasonable.
