If you get it, you better scan it!
I received no User Manual. The device I received ran hot 170-175°. I had 10-20 lock ups daily, some that required restarting the box, other just restarting the particular apps. Whomever set up the box added a lot of, in my opinion, undesirable apps. I know where the sources are for the apps I want to install. When I first get an Android TV box like this, I remove all the apps I don't want or use and then scan it with Malwarebytes before connecting it to my wireless LAN. Initially no problem was identified, but after Malwarebytes last update, it identified the app "Wireless Updater" as malware Since I have another Android TV box as a spare, I decided to do a factory reset on the H96 Pro+ to see what apps were there originally, since I had removed so many and to insure I was not the one who installed the offending Wireless Updater app.I had removed quite a few of the preinstalled apps, AutoScout24, BBC News, CNN, DB TV Assistant, ESPN, Facebook, KDMC which is v 17.3 Krypton KODI with an alt label, Movie Player, Pinterest, SHO Anytime, SoundCloud, TED, TV Store, Twitter, WatchESPN, WhatsApp, Wikipedia, WWE, YouTube and the Amazon app with its label in a language I cannot read, were all deleted by me the first time around. I left the "Wireless Update" app because I was unfamiliar with it, until after the scan (first image Wireless Update app). Anything the other apps do, I can use KODI a web browser, or an English version of the program to do.Yes, it's possible that it's not malware, but I'm not taking that chance. I deleted it when Malwarebytes ID'd it as such, rebooted, rescanned and it found nothing. But it was back after the factory resets! Two of them, just to be certain. Most people don't run Anti-Virus or Anti-Malware on their boxes. I don't know why not? Do you have any valuable information on it? Your Google, Amazon or Netflix accounts? The box is advertised as having "Latest Updated: Upgrade Android 7.1 OS Marshmallow". But, if you go to settings and click on about and triple click on version, it will pop up a the Android 7.1.1 Nougat "N". This indicates the Android version is clearly 7.1.1 Nougat, rather than 7.1 Marshmallow as advertised. (attached N image). To see your version go to Settings/About and scroll down to Version. If you triple click it, you'll see the Nougat "N".The ad shows their branded remote, I received the one in the attached remote image. I was unable to use the remote to register Netflix and Amazon accounts. It simply would not let me enter my email address no matter how I tried to used the remote on the on screen keyboard. Clicking the keys didn't work! The Micro SD slot very small and somewhat difficult to see. And it is not labeled, not on the device itself or the ad image. Check their ad images. The ethernet port is labeled "ETHERNEY" on the product and in the ad images. This should have been caught before production, no?Bottom line, the problems encountered prevented me from appreciating any performance enhancements it may have over the Matricom G-Box Q² I was using previously. I am returning the device for a refund and I may return to modify this if I recall more issues or things that I liked about the device.

Box freezes and crashes constantly!
The media could not be loaded. Update 1/25/19: It is an $80 paperweight.Amazon should allow ZERO stars! They should also be ashamed of representing sellers as "fulfilled by Amazon"This is the WORST android tv box!You are lucky if it doesn't crash during boot. WILL UPLOAD VIDEO OF CRASHESCrashed at least 3 times while trying to watch a stream. My Nexbox 8g/1g performs better (that is sad).Original review:Not impressed with this box at all.It crashes constantly and at random intervals.Sometimes the screen just goes black.Sometimes it just freezes in the middle of streaming fine.Sometimes it randomly reboots while streaming. No commands accepted from remotes when this happens.EVERY time requires pulling power and cycling for full reboot.I am not new to android boxes. I have had dozens over the years (from android 4.1 on up).I bought this for the 4 gb ram and 64 gig storage. My old MX3 2g/8g on KitKat is far more reliable than this box.

2017 Model EstgoSZ Android 7.1 Smart TV BOX
Had some issues with the box at the beginning but their customer service was very helpful in resolving them quickly without any other issues, or hesitation. The Android box does work and allows you to download any app needed for your viewing. NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon TV, Kodi, and more work great on this Android box.
