I have used this every other day. I have arthritis in my neck and it's gets very achy and tired. This neck pillow device gives me relief at the end of the day. My PT is very happy that I use this as an alternative to a session of traction with her.

Excellent for stretching your cervical spine and upper back. Sadly, the tiny piece at the end of the pump came out and when I requested a replacement, seller was sold out. I ended up with a different one, pricier and, frankly, not as good.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!! It deflates too quickly not allowing full traction. After it has been fully pumped and secured, I have to pump once every half minute to hold the traction and use properly. Horrible customer service. I requested return twice and was blown off twice. Do not waste your money on this one!

Mine works fine, as long as I don't let the velcro hit my neck. The problem as I read the reviews is one of quality control by the producer. They seem to sell a lot of defective products, along with the ones that meet a marketable standard.

A tiny little rubber piece came out of a hole in the pump, I have to put my finger on and off the hole while I'm pumping now. Very annoying and takes a long time to pump up now.

Works ok but not as well as I thought and hoped it would. It’s difficult to keep it inflated:(

Worked for a week or so then plug came out of bulb and couldn't get it back in - threw it out. Left feedback but never heard back.

this is the best: so comfy I can doze off in it. And I've tried every device out there.
