| Warranty Description | This warranty is applicable to manufacturer’s defects only and the warranty period varies between Shoei models. The RPHA Series warrants up to 5 years from the date of purchase or 7 years from the date of manufacture, while all other models warrant up to 3 years from the date of purchase or 5 years from the date of manufacture (whichever comes first). This warranty does not apply to any problems that arise from wearer’s misuse, negligence, modifications, accidents, etc. A change of fluorescent color is not subject to warranty as this is a typical characteristic of fluorescent color; it may fade or degrade depending on the user’s environment. Quality,perfect fit and light
This is the second Shoei helmet I have purchased. The first one is a RJ Platinum-R open face and now the new improved version that is as close to a full face as I wanted. This is a much lighter and more sound proof helmet and a beautiful fit ( providing you use the measure chart properly). It does allow me to install my Sena 50 S to the side without any issues (as seen in the picture). I have the “sound by harman/lardon set) and with this sound proof helmet,, its is awesome. I have tested this helmet riding in torrential rains and it is certainly water tight,, and with the pin-lock lense ( which should be included for the price of the helmet) I have not had any issues with loss of vision while travelling Hiwy speeds in the rain. I am very happy I chose this helmet,, it’s is perfect fit and comfortable with more sound proofing than I expected. My only complaint would be that it is a little overpriced and for the price Shoei could have included the pin-lock.

Comfortable Helmet
The media could not be loaded. I road to Tumstone AZ In 105 degree weather, the helmet kept me cool and the shade visor kept the sun off my face. The padding is very well made you can tell the difference from cheaper helmets. It's a great fit and great for summer. Spend the money to keep your noggin safe.

Love this helmet
You get what you pay for. I love this helmet. I was skeptical about the drop down sun visor but it is great. I wear large glasses and it does not interfere. The sun visor is low enough that you will not have any areas of vision that are not covered and the vision is as if you were wearing optical grade sun glasses. Comfort is better than any helmet I have worn in the past. I love the ratchetting strap and was concerned for how I was going to lock the helmet on the bike. They added a 'D' ring away from the ratchetting area for that so you can lock it to your bike. The main face shield is also well made, and you are very well protected from the wind. Lifting it one notch lets plenty of cool air in for comfort when needed. I would definitely buy again. It was also delivered days ahead of schedule.

Super comfortable
Super fitting and comfortable Just don't like to be so cooped up in the astronaut Helmet when cruising so I'm sticking with my half helmet , hopefully never need to test it out . Price is also a car payment

Your Helmet is like a Hood Ornament - Rocketeer
To be Comfortable the helmet needs to be designed in a Wind Tunneled-shaped, Ventilated Properly, Lightweight & finest quality using light weight materials. The Interior of this helmet was you can see & feel the quality. The Clear Face Shield provides a quiet ride & to my surprise when I installed a previously used Blue Tooth Headset. The helmet was prefabricated & this Helmet was so much Quieter. Funny I did realize how little Noise reduction you get with the Cheaper Helmets."You get what You Pay for", in this case it took a leap $$# of Faith but boy were they right.
