No, the gaskets were too thick and will not work.

I do not believe so - it is only for a gaggia super automatic

I don't know for sure. I had a different Haggis but I think so. I believe that is a pretty standard maintenance kit.

will this work on the Gaggia Titanium Brew Group?

Yes, I bought it for my Titanium. It comes with two gaskets, one of the gaskets will fit your brew group, the other one is for another style machine. They give you a small amount of grease so use it sparingly until you have all areas greased then go back over it with more grease. If you start applying it liberally, you could run out before all ares are covered.
