Nordic Ware Naturals Quarter Sheet with Lid

I have lived in Minnesota my whole 50+ years of life & am very familiar with Nordic Ware & their products as my mom, grandma, aunts, etc all had Nordic Ware products. Lots of recognition comes from the Bundt pans (I remember when you could buy a boxed Bundt cake mix & have my mom's old Bundt Cake Cookbook), but Nordic Ware makes a lot of other bakeware products in various shapes & sizes that are good quality items that you can use every day. I bought several quarter sheet pans & straight sided 9x13 cake pans to use in my Emeril Legasse Dual Zone Air Fryer Oven (my older pans were too big). I have not been disappointed with any of them because I knew the Nordic Ware pans would be a great choice. The pans are easy to clean, naturally nonstick, distribute heat evenly, won't warp in the oven because of the rolled edges, etc. They will scratch if you cut brownies in them with a metal knife, but the scratches don't affect their functionality. My mom used scratched pans for 50+ years & it didn't bother anything because the basic pans are not coated with any type of nonstick layer. They are easy to clean with hot soapy water. They work well for baking cookies & brownies along with baking or air frying frozen & fresh proteins. I absolutely love the cute rack for the quarter sheet pans too. I specifically bought the Quarter Sheet Pans that come with the plastic lid & the one with the rack so I would have the option to cover my brownies & hold food up off the pan with the rack. I also bought just the sheet pan. I bought the 9x13 higher sided pans for cakes & to roast in since the little countertop oven is too small for my normal roasting pans. My old 9x13 pans have the little built in handles that make them too big. In my opinion, you can never have too many Nordic Ware pans!

My brother uses these all the time so I finally bought one. It's sturdy and having the fitted lid is a plus.

I decided it was time to get better quality cookware. I love the color of the raw aluminum and it helps me keep track of how clean the pans are. Having a uniform and clean surface is important for consistency in the finished cook. The aluminum is very sturdy and works extremely well. The aluminum is perfect for my cooking style which allows for a little longer cook time at a lower, consistent heat. The only thing to be aware and cautious of is how easy they can scratch each other if slid into a stack. I just gently stack them rather than forcing metal to slide on metal. I find that the aluminum does an excellent job to create an easy surface to remove food from.

I love this pan makes the right amount of brownies.

I have four of these Nordicware quarter sheet plans with covers and two of the half sheet pans with covers. They are quality baking pans and the covers are nice when you need to refrigerate something or take a pan of bars somewhere. We use the pans for meal prep and as trays for eating outside in a camp chair. So many more uses!

This little pan is perfect to use in my toaster oven …… I have only had it a couple of weeks and have already used it to bake brownies in, cooked bacon in, used for air frying, made roasted vegetables in it ……. So many uses …… I recommend this Nordic Ware pan!

Order arrived from USA around 15 days earlier than scheduled. Pan look good strong and sturdy if somewhat shallower than I thought it might be. Lid clips on very well. This item shipped from the USA was cheaper than I have seen even with postage than on UK Cookshop site for the same pan with lid. Very pleased.
