OXO Good Grips Chef's Squeeze Bottle, Medium, Pack of 3

My favorite kitchen bottles ever. Love the lid / cap. So much better than any of the alternatives I have used with the little plastic nub cap. Only thing I would love is for them to come out with a version with a slightly larger pour spout so that it doesnt get clogged up by some of my sauces with small chilis in it or something like that.

LOVE these containers for catsup, salad dressing, toppings, etc., The cap clips stay all the way open, then easily snaps closed with one finger. Also the nozzles come in two sizes and are very easy to clean. The opening to the bottle is large enough to make filling easy. The outside of the bottles have a slight texture which makes them easy to hold without slipping - the only downside was that labels don't stick well, so we put some clear packing tape over our labels. Hint: we might use them for non-food uses, like lotion or soap. Great item!

These are a great size for the average home chef that is not serving up high volume fast paced high volume plates. They are the perfect portion size to create dinner party plating magic! Also, fantastic for homemade dressings! Super easy to clean, as it the top completely disassembles allowing even the smallest nooks and crannies to be thoroughly sanitized. Our maiden voyage was an Old Bay-oli (Aoli) and an avocado puree for shrimp burgers on Mother's Day. My only feedback is that it would be nice if they came with pastry bags or something of that nature to help fill the containers. In this case we just used a zip-lock bag snipped in the corner (classic).

You might notice how much more expensive these OXO Chef’s squeeze bottles are compared to others on the market, but these don’t leak oil or any of the sauces I’ve put in them, which makes them worth the price. I’m sure you’ve seen pictures of translucent squeeze bottles containing oil in them with a paper towel and rubber band encircling the bottle to sop up oil drips from the connection between the lid and bottle cylinder, but that isn’t necessary with the OXO Chef’s squeeze bottles. These bottles fit well in the hand, and the attached cap that seals off the bottle tip stays out of your way as you use the squeeze bottle. The bottle cap doesn’t feel flimsy or about to break off at all. These squeeze bottles are great for oils, or homemade blended sauces, or even just sour cream thinned with lime juice or milk to give you more even distribution and control over just using a spoon or dispensing from the original food container. They definitely feel more durable than the cheap ones you can buy in the grocery store or food service supply stores. My only issue with cleaning these squeeze bottles is the fact that I still need to use a bottle brush to scrub the bottle interior just like any other squeeze bottle, but I understand why it’s necessary since the bottles need to fit nicely in the hand. But if you want a squeeze bottle to help prevent less-controlled dispensing of oil or thin sauces, the OXO Chef’s squeeze bottles are your best bet.

I like the bottles which are Light, easy to grab and clean.
