It is a really good antioxidant. Each dose provides 1,000mg and the dose is 2 softgels.The only issue I have with this product is the lack of transparency on where it is actually made. That information is not available on the label or the product page.My bottle arrived properly sealed and without a childproof cap. The expiration date and lot number are located on the bottom of the bottle.
