CAP Barbell Abdominal Wheel

great value for money, works great. this gets my abs sore like nothing else and has done exactly what i was hoping it would do. i even bought one for someone else as part of a christmas gift to make at home workouts easier.

Great workout. It has decent quality, rolls well and has good stability. I would def use a knee pad though.

It comes apart pretty easy, the wheels slide off the handles when you're not using it. That doesn't happen when you are using it though which is what's important. Overall the product does work, it does what it's intended to do, it feels pretty sturdy and holds my weight well (165lb)

I’m always nervous about ab rollers, as they are often wobbly and very cheaply designed. This was easy to assemble and while definitely difficult to use (in a good way) it was also very smooth and I didn’t experience any wobbling. Very happy with this purchase!

Works great for PT - neck and shoulders. Doesn't mark my wall either!!

You get what you pay for? It was inexpensive but came without the parts to hold it together... Worked well after I bought lugs and stuff.

Works as well as more expensive ab wheels at a much lower cost.

Simple, solid, and gets the job done. I’ve been using this ab wheel for a bit now and it feels sturdy and smooth when rolling out. The wheel doesn’t wobble and the handles are comfortable, even during longer sets. It’s lightweight so it’s easy to toss in a gym bag, but it still feels durable and not cheap. Definitely makes ab workouts more challenging in a good way, and you can really feel it working. Nothing fancy here, but that’s kind of the point. Great value for the price and perfect if you just want a reliable ab wheel that works. Would deff buy again.

Great Little I will strong the double wheels can hold my weight of 185 pounds with ease and confidence been using it for a few exercise days in a row now it’s performing excellent
