Hard as Nails

Interesting book that covers Justin's life and what brought him to ministry. I would have liked to know more about his ministry itself and perhaps fewer letters from people he has helped. I think he must be a very dedicated and charismatic young man who truly loves doing God's work and his is a story of a real turn around with the help of God.

My husband and I and our two children have had the pleasure and honor of knowing Justin personally. I'm going to keep this review of the book short and sweet, because the book will speak for itself I'm sure. The book is fabulous...funny, poignant, and emotionally it will take you by the scruff of the neck and make you sit up to notice what's going on in your life and around you.Okay...enough about the book. By meeting and knowing Justin, our lives have changed. They weren't necessarily bad before...just typically American - busy, congested, haphazard, meaningless as can be. Then we met Justin - a whirling, swirling mass of energy and encouragement. What happened? We became better people. Better citizens. Way better Christians. He's truly one-of-a-kind in that he is young and actually does live by the Golden Rule. Yeah, he's intense and "out there", but is anyone else stepping up to the plate and paying attention to what our young people are going through? Are other youth ministers reaching this many young hearts? Nope. So we can only sit back and say, 'Wow - if this guy can do it, we can too." So thank you for that, Justin. Thank you for sharing your story and the story of just a few of the thousands you've touched. Thank you for improving my life, my husband's life, and our children's lives. In this crazy world, what a gift.

Mr. Fatica tell it like it is! He knows what is hurting our young teens, parents, & friends. His energy & words will move you to live a life of love and to hope for a bright future. This book is very honest about teenagers and how lost a lot of teens are. Justin's writes about just a tiny section of the population that he encountered that is crying out for help, guidance and most of all love. The book puts things into perspective of how many people all over are crying out for love. The book is both sad and uplifting at the same time. It is well worth the read and Justin is truly inspiring. Hopefully, people who read this book will take what Justin is saying to heart and start caring about people around them.

This book is more than just a story of Justin. Even though Justin is amazing and the whole book could focus on him alone and still be amazing, this book is packed with way more than just him.This book has the potential to change lives. This book shows me that I'm not doing enough for people who really need help in this world. This book shows that people really do care for each other. This book shows that people really do love each other. This book shows the REAL power of Christ. Read the book, join the team, join the movement!

This is a simple, direct, easy to read book on how we have to love each and every person we meet with great love. This is one of the more "real" books out there and is a great source on love from many books out there who try to explain love but dont get it right. Justin Fatica is awesome and sincere....so go buy this book!

Excellent Book! I think it really touches base on what our young people are going through today. I couldn't put it down.
