Geysa Shower Filter with 2 Filter Cartridges

We have hard well water and I had been using a shower filter that I thought was working. When it came time to replace the old one I decided to try the Geysa 8-stage filter and I'm very glad I did. It was easy to install (be sure to use the Teflon tape on the screw threads) and water pressure is not diminished. Now my hair is soft again and my skin doesn't feel tight and itchy anymore. I recommend this to anyone needing to clear the scale out of their shower water.

I have hard water I can tell the filter is working as described. my hair and skin are softer. I have also have not experienced a decrease in the water pressure from shower with the filter. The housing looks nice. I have a little leaking where the filter housing screws together but i have been contacted by the company founder and he is going to send me a new one.

I live in Southern California and our water is very hard and dries your skin. I noticed an immediate improvement. Filter is easy to install and lasts several months before replacing the cartridge. I monitor water flow to gauge replacement; 3.2 gpm when new and replace at 2 gpm.Drawback is replacement cartridges alone are more expensive than buying another filter.

This filter works great and the the price is awesome for a filter that lasts a year. It is important to take the chlorine out of your shower water as it vaporizes and is inhaled as well as soaks into your skin while showering. Both are not good for your health. This filter did not slow the flow rate down in any noticeable fashion. Pick one up.

I do realise that this cant be compared to whole house filters, but even after using this 3 times for +10 min each time, no difference compared to before attaching the filter, except the smell of chlorine is gone.skin still feels dry and itchy afterwards, something i never had when i lived in europe (+30y).especially in countries like switzerland, where tap water can be compared to spring water over here,i never had any problems with dry skin.

I enjoy this product very much, the water feels clean again and doesn't smell. When I got the package there were two filters, one for immediate use and a second replacement one. Its very easy to install, you just screw it on (in the appropriate place, each shower is slightly different) and then use the shower.

not really noticing a difference with this filter on. previous filters seemed to work better

It's ok. It softens the water, but the water pressure is so low, it takes twice as log to rinse the soap off. Water basically just drips out of the shower. Can one be made that softens the water without losing water pressure?
