Eh...not so much.
Very long and a little flimsy for my taste. I've been using a pair of Titan Titanium knee wraps up to this point and was expecting the kind of tension I got out of those. Was hoping to get something a little easier to adjust and with a better "fit"...meaning not as much left over material. As you can see from the attached pic these are almost as long as the knee wraps, meaning lots of left over material that gets in the way.Additionally, the buckle is somewhat difficult to pull tight. I'm assuming that the idea is to adjust the loop length (using the buckle) so you can get it around your arm with one hand and to then pull the slack out. Problem is it doesn't work so well, so you end up having to wrap the slack several times in order to get it tight enough.

They are new but feel old they crackle and sound like they will break .. I just hope it dont havent used yet.

Worked OK
The product works but not great, the clips come off if the band is too tight. I would prefer it to be better, but it does work.

Durable!!
I liked it. I had a minor issue and the manufacturer directly handled it and in a timely manner!! Definitely love my bands and am seeing a great improvement, I can’t wait to use in the gym when they finally open.

These bands work.
When I first bought these bands I did not think they would work; however I was proven wrong within a couple of hours. These bands have improved my workout tremendously especially on leg day.

Great workout partner
The bands are excellent,I had double knee replacement June 2016 so i have to be careful during leg routines. Since i received the bands i can use a lighter weight and get the same results as if using heavier weights.

Muscle for sure
I have a back injury that prevents me from lifting heavy so building muscle has been difficult until now. These bands are the answer I've been looking for. I certainly can feel the difference after lifting. Excellent product.
