I bought this set on August 29, 2018. Worked perfectly, and changed the batteries once when the frothing started to get slow. Today, November 3, 2019.....I went to use it and it is completely dead. Changed the batteries....still dead....and it seems to be out of stock and cannot contact the manufacturer or seller......BUMMED OUT! Thurs 2 stars since I cannot contact anyone regarding this issue. :-(

Does great for mixing coffees and other drinks if you only drink them occasionally. Doesn't have the power for thicker drinks like other products have. But we have been happy with it for what we use it for,

The froth is not creamy. More like foam with a lot of air bubbles. I miss my froth pump.
