The product was exactly as advertised. Good quality. It worked extremely well - no problems with use. I haven't used the electric pump as the manual pump works well, gives me complete control, and is silent. I was dealing with having partial erections and sometimes not being able to have an erection at all. This gives me full erections (and then some). I've tried Viagra and other medication. The medication was EXPENSIVE and sometimes worked well, and other times didn't do much at all - other than give me various side effects which I hated. The medication also took about 30-60 minutes to work. This product takes just a couple minutes and has zero side effects. Much better than medication. The only thing I don't like is the the ring you wear has a loop on either side to help with removal. I've been thinking about cutting those off - I think I'll try it first with one of the rings I don't use (smaller/larger). I was glad that this product came with many different sizes of rings - this helped to find just the right fit. The device is of good quality and is easy to use. My wife has noticed the difference - that alone was worth the price. It gives me more confidence and helps me enjoy sex a whole lot more. It was difficult for me to finally make this purchase, but I'm glad I did - I only wish I had done it a long time ago. Go for it!

The machine functioned very well. It is a good substitute for the real erection. Nothing works like the real thing. It takes a little practice. and some good common sense.

The electric pump will not give a quick seal. If purchasing again, I would purchase the manual only. The encore brand is probably good as any and lots less expensive. Encore included everything that you need and I would purchase this brand again. Just don't waist your money on fancy electric pump - the manual works fine.

My wife and I are 74 and 73 years old. I have been using Viagra for about 10 years but lately I have been having an increase in “misses” so we decided to give a vacuum pump a try. Because of the price and the option of manual and battery operated pumps I decided on the Encore vacuum pump. The operation requires practice! I spent the first week just practicing and getting use to how the manual and battery operated pumps worked. The result was a complete success. I achieved an erection on the fourth attempt and have had 100% success on every attempt since. Several reviews have given this pump a 1 star rating. I suspect most 1 star ratings are the result of not knowing how to use the machine. A couple of very important items to do are #1: read the manual and watch the video several times very closely. #2: use a lot of lubricant on all contact points both on your body and the pump. I would recommend having additional lubricant on hand. The tube that comes with the pump won’t last long if you use it correctly!! The bottom line is this....after a week of practice we used the pump. My wife’s reaction was “it was like making love 30 years ago”. WOW!! I couldn’t ask for a better endorsement and without medication! Thank you Encore.

So far this product hasn't worked for me. Seems built well enough, but the battery powered pump has been worthless. The manual pump works better, but still hasn't given me firm enough erections for intercourse.

I found the product to perform as described. It was delivered in a timely fashion in new condition as promised. However, I found the device did not work for me When I attempted to return it for credit in, pristine condition, I was informed by Amazon and the supplier they would not allow the Vacuum pump to be returned for credit refund. When Amazon and or it's suppliers sell products that, if purchased, will not be authorized for credit refund for any reason will be rejected but is a fact not prominently displayed to the buyer in the individual pictorial advertisement or product description posted on Amazons website and should be.In my opinion, down playing significant well known negative aspects of purchasing products by omitting the fact that the cost of an item is known in advance to be nonrefundable is a type of false and misleading advertising in other words a criminal act. Amazon has built it's reputation on guaranteeing the items sold on it's website work and making it trouble free to rectify deficiencies or your money back if not satisfied. Understandably, items such as this, can be contaminated and returning them does raise a refurbishment health issue in so far as disinfection is concerned but in my case I'm disease free and pose no such risks. All the more reason, Amazon should prominently label these items as nonreturnable and nonrefundable under any circumstances with prominent labeling within the pictorial adds of the products on it's web site to that affect.To do otherwise, in my opinion, is tantamount to consumer fraud and is contrary, counterproductive and will significantly reflect negatively upon Amazons reputation as an honest company, selling reputable products backed by a policy of fair resolutions to problems incurred by both parties the seller and buyer of products .

Tried this thing several different times. I know I'm not that stupid, but it really doesn't do what it theoretically is supposed to. It's pretty uncomfortable under the suction. Finally went to 20 mg Cialis - something that actually works without making you feel awful like LeVitra and Viagra. Maybe I can use this pump as supplemental help.. like a "workout" or something . . . who knows? Certainly the benefit is not worth the cost. Sorry. Guess I was a sucker on this one. Buy it if you want, guys. You have been warned..........
