Flytaker Portable Mini Solar Clip Fan Household Hat Cap Cooling Fans Energy Saving

Bought this for my brothrr, he is a tile installer and hangs it on his hat in the summer months

I give this product of 1 it's a good idea but it only works when you can clip it on your hat and you're out in the sun that's the only time it works I was hoping that it could collect and you could set the little fan on the counter but you can't only works to like a baseball cap directly in the sunlight

Update: a second unit was shipped by the seller and I got it to work. These will work in sunlight and from incondesent lights. Doesn't work with some newer lights. Happy with the working one. Have been trying to get this to work for over a week now. 👎🏻😟

Must be in direct (very direct) sunlight to work and even then it's not that strong. It will literally only work as a ballcap fan - on a very sunny day with no clouds at all.

Novelty item only, does not push through any air via the fan. Has to be in direct sunlight to actually get rotation. Was going to use it in the car to circulate air when the vehicle was sitting. Even up against the windshield, it did not always get enough needed sunlight to make it rotate. And as mentioned, it does not circulate the air.

I am always looking for one kind of fan which can cool me outdoors, especially in summer. Then I find this solar clip fan on Amazon. Great invention. I am a farmer and when I work in direct sun, the fan starts and blows fast and gives me cool wind. It is really a good helper for me. Worth buying!

When it works its ok but Only works if sun is shining on it. It can be 100 degrees but a cloud covering the sun and it doesn't work.

I live in Arizona, this worked in direct sunlight but not only was it not strong enough to feel the breeze. The cage on top of the fan kept falling off and I ended up sending it back. I love the idea of solar technology for as many things as I can get. Great idea though.
