I like that the material the camera is made of is strong and appears to be durable. Not easily broken just by dropping. Also I like the fact that the digital clock and alarm work and keep time directly.The instructions included with thde device are average. Includes the basics so you are able to understand how to set up the clock and how to set up the camera to use as desired.It comes with a battery that is sized differently and does not state exactly the battery size. If ever needs replaced there is no information available on where it may be purchased. It also includes the wall adaptor and cord necessary to charge the batteries and use the clock and or camera.A SD card is needed to use the camera and is not included. So be aware unseeded to use the camera if desire to view recordings at a later date. The recording I have made seem to have a clear picture. It's an alright security camera and performs alright. Better then some but worse then others. The instructions included make it ALOT easier to figure out how to use.

This security camera is also an alarm clock. It is a spy camera that can be disguised as an alarm clock. I use the camera to watch my dogs while at work. That is the only time I use the camera even though can act as a nanny camera as well. The picture is very clear and there isn’t any staticky interference using the camera. I like the rechargeable battery and the usb cord I can keep it running all day without the fear of the battery dying. I also enjoy the feature that when the motion detection comes on it will send a snapshot to my email of the object setting off the detector. I would recommend someone that needs to watch their pets to use this device. I didn’t give it a 5-star cause you have to use the camera’s Wi-Fi to operate the camera. Setting the camera up was easy and not difficult. If the email configuration isn’t working change the portal to 465 with the security layer tls.

I am unable to download the app. I have searched the App Store for cbhcam and I have used the QR code. The App Store cannot find it and the QR code says server not found. This was expensive. How can I get this set up to use. As it is unusable and there is no customer service to help I will give this 1 star unless I am able to get this to work. I am very computer savvy. Also, I don’t like the blue light that constantly shines.

Clock I recieved is useless. I tried to connecting it to 3 different computers and Clock would not communicate. Notified Customer Support. They asked me for the Model Number, I emailed them with that and 6 weeks later have not heard anything back. Through clock in trash can

Very disappointed in this camera -- I asked a question the middle of august and have not received any support from the seller/manufacturer. "How do you keep the display from scrolling through time, date and temperature?" The purpose of a spy camera is not to draw attention to itself. This camera draws a lot of attention to itself. It also does not stay connected to the wi-fi and now I cannot reset it and get it to connect. Definitely not a good buy.
