Proper Plantronics Replacement Headband
Item was exactly as described and appropriately replaces the original Plantronics Headband. The upside to this unit is the fact that you are provided with an extra ear cushion which actually is the part that wears out the fastest. Not uncomfortable to wear, not tight either if one is seeking a tight fit. It seems to be well built and should last if not abused. It adjusts easily to the size of one's head and it looks and feels like the original unit. In my opinion, there is no reason not to purchase this especially at the price which it is offered.
