This was an impulse purchase and turned out to be one of the favorite items at Christmas this year. My 2 daughters, 8 and 11, would rush to be the first one to turn the tree on each day. So much fun. I am probably going to plug this into a lamp or something else so we can use it throughout the year.

I ordered the wand at the end of November and waited until now to review because I wanted to see if it still worked a month later. The answer is YES! This wand has been a huge hit with our 3 year old granddaughter as well as most of the adults too! We treat it as a special wand and keep it out of reach when we are not in the room to supervise. You should see her face when she presses the button on the wand and the tree lights up! She glows as bright as the lights! I highly recommend this wand for anyone who wants to add a little "magic" or something extra to the holidays.

I saw this cute item at a family member's home over the holidays and knew I wanted one of my own! Amazon didn't let me down! Where there is a will, there is almost always a way! There seemed to be a problem with the receiver (power supply) and the seller sent a replacement part right away, which fixed the issue.

This is the perfect magical way to turn a Christmas tree on and off remotely. It worked just great and makes a little tinkle sound when you press off and on. I will be buying another for Christmas 2019 for another tree that we put up.

If you have young children around, this is so fun to have! They will be enthralled. The light and sound on the wand, as it turns the lights on and off, is wonderful! It's also easier for you without plugging and unplugging the lights from the wall. The negative, it is very cheaply made. I couldn't get the screws off to insert the batteries, so had to pry off and it cracked. Inserted the batteries and it's now taped. Probably wont last until next season, but was great for this one!

This is the most fun thing! Even my husband loves it. Not only is it SO fun for the Christmas tree, but we use it to turn on disco lights at parties and just to turn on room lights the rest of the time. Somehow, it always brings a smile!

Love this! The wand feels well made & I love the extra jewels at the bottom. I was impressed by the receiver & how well it was able to pick up the transmitter from a distance. I bought for my niece but I’m thinking of using it as a fun way to turn in my lights in the future!

I must have gotten a dud. Neither component worked at all - right out of the box. Followed the instructions. The wand would not power on even with fresh, brand-new batteries. The wall unit would not power on at all and it was a working wall socket. Went to another wall outlet and, nope, no power there either. Returned. This was a gift and we were very disappointed.
