Great idea, beautiful design, works very well, but left upper corner keeps breaking. This is the second case and I'm returning it.

Arrived with no instructions wrt. putting the device into Bluetooth 'discover' mode as none of the 3 iPhones I have recognised the case - but they do connect to other devices without issue.Have had no response from my attempts to get an answers from the seller.So from my perspective this is a case that offers no protection, and doesn't enable me to use an audio jack.

I still love my old ear phone.

Pretty much a POS. Great idea. Decent execution and then.....it won't charge after 3 months of very light use....yeah, that's a POS! I am giving it 2 stars because I did enjoy the first few months immensely, but now the honeymoon is over. Change recommendation to: DON'T buy.

Case corners have been falling off just from the stress of putting the case in my pocket. Also the voice that normally says when the device powers on has been speaking a foreign language now.

All the drawbacks of Bluetooth with none of the benefits. This isn't a lightning to 3.5 adaptor. It's a Bluetooth adaptor built into a phone case. The case itself must be charged in order to work, and you're still dealing with the degraded sound quality of a Bluetooth connection. You'd be better off burning your expensive wired headphones and buying Apple's tin-can AirPods.

Awesome product! Fits like a glove and I love the built in headphone jack! Will be buying again when I need a new case!
